Volunteers can come from the civil society or companies.

Apart from sponsoring projects, companies may give money, products, or services. Companies can also order social gifts made or manufactured at the Projeto Anzol (Fish-Hook Project) workshops, offer job posts or internship for students from the Renascer's professional-qualification courses, offer the space of the company for lectures to attract new members and volunteers among its employees.
